Sinuous Ways of Life (2024)
We gathered these inspiring songs over months and even years under the basic idea of speaking of the conscious or unconscious choices we make in life that rarely drive us to follow a straight path. Actually, it more surely leads us in winding ways that define our time and story on earth. These songs ask questions about the reasons for these choices or on the contrary show the motivations behind these multiple changes of directions or curves that we value or regret.
While we were close to finalize the playlist, a new single “Sinuous Ways” was released in early 2024 by a promising singer called Elea Calvet. Not only were we literally mesmerised by her clever alchemy of music and poetry, but it immediately inspired us the exact theme and the title of the playlist “Sinuous Ways of Life”, as well as the substance that enable us as curator to sew a subtle thread among the songs. If you listen to them in the same order as we arrange them, we hope you’ll get the same feeling of following your own inner winding paths !
